She was predeceased by: her son Jack Smith. She is survived by: her sons, David and Lawrence Smith (Kerrie Lee); her grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Noah Smith and Terry McKenna (Jean); and her siblings, Kathy LeRoux and Michael Lambrecht (Brigitte). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Sylvania (5373 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
Those wishing to offer memorials in Donna's memory are asked to consider, in lieu of flowers, tributes to the Lucas County Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association or the Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
