Smith (Henning); his children, Gavin and Layla; his mother Ronda Fuller (Mike); his adoptive father Dale Smith; his father Lyle Thompson; his brother Mitchell Smith; his parents-in-law, Patty and John Henning; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Alberts (Chad). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
