He is survived by: his wife Marianne McVicker; his children, Tracy Klawitter (James), David Waite (Aimee) and Darcy Panning (Douglas); his grandchildren, Avery Waite (Chelsea), Alexander Waite (Belle), Blake Panning (Gabrielle), Riley Klawitter, Cassidy Panning, Austin Rehberg (Meredith) and Emma Rehberg; and his brothers, Mark and Timothy Long.
