He is survived by: his son Dustin J. Frank; his grandchildren, DJ and Adrianna; his brothers, Gene Frank (Jennifer) and Mark Frank (Shelley); and his aunt Kathleen Cookson (Tootie). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, close cousins, and long-time friends.
