He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabelle Puckett (Taylor) and Neal Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Judi Woods; his children, Melissa Farley, Melanie Fisher (Mark), Ashley Bieber (Jeff) and David Puckett Jr. (Jen); his grandchildren, Andrew Farley, Gage Fisher, Alli Puckett, Annabelle Fisher, Katherine Fisher Watson (Joe), David Puckett III, Hannah Bieber, Nolan Bieber, Lilly Puckett and Taylor Bieber; his great grandchildren, Ellery and Avery Farley; and his sisters, Lucy Leonard and Prudie Campbell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
