He is survived by: his mother Ruth Stoianowski (Dentel); his wife Kim; his son David, Jr.; his stepson Rob Walters; his siblings, Deborah and Aaron (Heather Schmidt); and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Krompak (Don) and Thomas Becker (Carolyn). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Intersection Church (1640 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
