It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Mitchell Swain Jr. (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on August 7, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sr. and Claudia Swain; and his brother James David Swain. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Swain, Frankie Swain (Sonna), Anthony Swain, Gertha Swain, Kathy Anderson (Ernest), Diane Swain, Sharon Swain and Crystal Swain; his children, David Brown (Tonya) of Columbus, OH, Tomazz Wilson (Jasmine), Nicole Horn, Jamiea Wilson, Tiesha Anderson of Long Beach, CA, Stephonia Short and Destiny Brown of Columbus, OH; his aunts, Pearl Humphrey and Minnie Austin; his nephew George Swain; and his friend Vernon Young. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
