He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Mascsak. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Maza (Eric) and Kristen Van Wert (David); his grandchildren, Jacob Maza, Julia Maza, Kayla Wert and Dana Van Wert; his siblings, James McDaniel, William McDaniel and Jackie Bell; his mother Mary Jo McDaniel; and also The Pasztors. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; his daughters.
In lieu of flowers and in Dave's memory, the family ask that donations be made to the William Pasztor Memorial Scholarship Fund.
