He is survived by: his children, Shannon LaBelle (Scott Shaw), Jonathan Martinez (Val Swicegood), Anthony Martinez (Kristy), Amy Martinez and Michael Bash (Jeanette Capler); and his siblings, Linda Mruk and Michael Martinez (Kim). He is also survived by children, great grand kids, nieces, nephews, cousins, and life long friends.
