He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon and Dorothy; his in-laws, Jerry and Norma Downing; and his brother-in-law George Downing (Bud).
He is survived by: his wife Sue Downing; his children, Jerry Bell (Stephanie) and Sheila Hawk (Chad); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Boltz, Michael Boltz (Leanna), Connor and Kara Bell; his brother Ron Bell (Cathy); his sisters-in-law, Gayle Riddle (Jim), Gerri Downing, Terri Meyers (Mike) and Beth Downing; and his cousin Toni Gaylord Mitchell (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
