It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell J Hornyak (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Hornyak and Rose Hornyak; and his brother Stephen Hornyak (Sonny). He is survived by: his wife Christine Hornyak (Tina); his children, Nichole Dewald (Philip), Andrew Phillips, Jeff Phillips (Kelly) and Donald Zientek (Deonne); his sister Elaine Fern (Harold); his sister-in-law Carol Hornyak; and his pet Honey. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 8 grand children and 4 great-grand children.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Toledo Humane Society in his name.
