He is survived by: his mother Melinda Sanchez; his children, Maricia Rodriguez (Ramiro), Daniel Barboza II, Melainia Barboza and Melia Barboza; his grandchildren, Jamell Cole and Camila Rodriguez; and his siblings, Sabina Rodriguez, Alfredo Jaso and Alicia Boes (Chaz). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
