With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dajuan Dale Battle (Toledo, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Colleen Rose Colbert, Mary Louise Battle, Captain Leon Battle, Nolan Malcolm Fields and James "Jimmy" Dale Colbert; and his aunt Deborah Ann Watson.
He is survived by: his parents, Nolan "Dwain" Battle Sr. and Tammy Battle; his daughters, Taylor Rose Marie Battle and Saia Huddleston of Toledo, OH; and his siblings, Nolan Jr. Battle (LaRhonda) of Toledo, OH, Marquise Battle (Shyree) of Dallas, TX, Schnelle Riley (Aladin) of Toledo, OH and Tanisha Battle of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by dog that he referred to as "Brudder" and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jerusalem Baptist Church (445 Dorr St, Toledo, OH 43604). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at the Toledo Memorial Park (6382 Monroe St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
