She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Hartford; and her son Bill Klocinski. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her mother Louise Hartford; her grandchildren, Kodi Klocinski (Tori) and Arkadia Klocinski; her daughter-in-law Wendi Klocinski; her niece Jami Geiser (Brian); and her children, Mike Klocinski (Sara), Leticia Jackson (Tremaine) and Jamesetta McBeth.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Connie's honor.
