With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Louise Perry (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on February 9, 2019 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Winter and Mary Lou Winter; and her husband Bill Perry. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Sharp; her grandchildren, Marissa Downing, Marly Downing and Cooper Sharp; and her brother Rick Winter. She is also survived by uncle, aunts, many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to donor's choice.
