With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Avery Wells Jr. (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Avery and Delores Wells Sr. (Dyer); and his brothers, Randy and Mike Wells. He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chucky" Wells III, William Appleman (Jen), Brandy Durdel (Rob) and Kelly Hepner (Chris); his grandchildren, Taylor Teet (Joe), Keegan Durdel, Kaylea Berfield (Derek), Austin Wells, Alexis Box (David) and Annalee Appleman (Connor); his great grandchildren, Robert Berfield and Brooks Box; and his siblings, Wendy Pluff (Ken), Kenneth Wells (Jenny), Jeff Wells (Rose) and Tim Wells. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
