He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwards and Jacqueline Edwards; and his brothers, John and Tony Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. Edwards IV and Crystal Edwards (Michael); his grandchildren, Michael Mohney III and Eireann Mohney; his siblings, Sherry Dickerson, David (Shari) and George Edwards; his nieces and nephews, Torry, Desiree, Rachel, Sue, Naomi, Matt, David and Eddie; and also Samantha Simon.
