He was predeceased by: his grandson Eric Peters; his sister Minnie Sebree; and his daughters, Donna Baum and Letitia Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Peters; his children, Laron, Michele, Felicia Selena (Harold), Kimberly (Mike), Charles Jr., Ernest Sr. (Ladonna) and Stephen Williams; his siblings, Johnny, Reuben and Lavelle King; and his sister-in-law Tommie Noel Martin. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
