He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Augustyniak); his daughters, Dawn Waniewski (Scott), Debbie Perry (John) and Tracy Koralewski (Tim Olsen); his grandchildren, Ryan (Camille), Sam, Sarah (Julian), Cassie, Jack, Megan and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Cayden, Jaxon, Mila and Xander.
