With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles C. Payne (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on May 11, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Olive Hostler; his former wives, Leona and Louise; his son Edward; and his stepchild Clara Mae of Harry.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard Payne (Jeanette) and Joseph Payne; and his stepson Kenneth Pinkney (Jeanie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
