With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie Repass (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Carrie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Carrie. Though Carrie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Jacobsen; and her father-in-law Kenneth Repass Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Ken Repass Jr.; her daughters, Kayla Salafia (Zach Salafia) and Mariah Repass; her granddaughter Amelia; her mother Tina Johnson (Dave Johnson); her siblings, Brittni Flores (Miguel Flores) and Brenjha Jacobsen; her stepmother Sally Jacobsen; and her mother-in-law Mary Repass. She is also survived by loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
