She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Chojnacki; her siblings, Helen Koralewski (Clarence), Mary Lewandowski (Lawrence), Florence Benson (Henry), Raymond Topoleski (Eva), Genevieve Klos (Chester), Edwin Topoleski (Gertude) and Beatrice Keogh (Thomas); and her children-in-law, Suzanne Gliszcinski and Danny Akers.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Chojnacki-Akers (Lydia Pokrzywa), Richard Chojnacki-Akers, Duane Chojnacki-Akers (Sally Raine) and Denise Chojnacki-Akers; her grandchildren, Richard Allen, Kenneth (Nicole Yurgin), Bryan, Jennifer, Matthew (Anne Bianchini), Megan Burns (Nate), Benjamin, Joshua Akers (Tasha Barnes) and Kristen Akers; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Julia, Noah, Jonathan, Adam, Sydney, Skylar and Caroline; her nieces and nephews, Maria Doerr (Paul), Anthony Topoleski (Erna), Judy Wanamaker (Bob), Tim Topoleski (Pat), Jacqueline Byer (Fred), Joan Zaciek, Jim Benson, Alice Mikolajczk, Shirley Koralewski, Clarence Jr Koralewski (Carol), Majorie Kolinski, Pat Kish, Jim Topoleski (Veronica), Evelyn Pratt (Chuck) and Jim Slagle; her brother-in-law Kazimierz Chojnacki (Wladyslawa); and also, Jerzy Chojnacki, Liz Pollick (Tom), Susan Caro (Nelson) and Ann Link. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Memorial donations may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
