She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Curley and Ursula Curley (Jacobs); her husband Jim Slaybaugh; and her siblings, Kay Ann Curley and Daniel Curley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rachel Kovach and Kaitlynn Kovach; her great grandchild Amelia Kovach; and her siblings, Marianne Palinski (Ken) and Thomas Curley (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous friends.
