She is survived by: her children, Charles Thomas Warren (Debra), Merry Beth Kutz, Jill Farrell (Michael) and Jeff Warren (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Johns, Michael Farrell IV (Lyndse), Shawnacy Miller (Trevor), Jessica Obarski (Kenn), Timothy Farrell (Amanda), James Samuelson (Stephanie), Chris Samuelson, Brian Kutz, Alex Warren and Nick Warren.
