She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Boehm and Elenore Boehm (Dollman). She is survived by: her children, Tom Banachowski (Peggy) of Erie, MI, Sue Weber (Bill) of Lambertville, MI and Janet Melms (Greg) of Sylvania, OH; her grandchildren, Brittany, Bradley (Amber), Stephen (Kalyn), Jeffrey Banachowski and Chloe Melms; and her brother Jim Boehm (Karen). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A rosary was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel (8300 Lewis Ave, Temperance, MI 48182). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clement Catholic Church (3030 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613).
Memorial contributions may be made to Notre Dame Academy or St. Clement Church.
