She is survived by: her husband Richard Hayden; her children, Stephanie (William) and Robin (Micheal); her grandchildren, Samantha (Joseph), Katherine, Charlotte (David), Alexis (Scott), Richard (Marissa) and Courtney (Brandon); and her friend Kay. She is also survived by her 5 great-grandchildren.
