It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian P. Perkins (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on April 25, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Casey Weiser (Jacob); his siblings, Michael L. Perkins (Gail), David Perkins (Mary) and Pamela Thompson-Toth (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Blake, Owen and Max. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
