We bid farewell to Booker T. Woodard Jr. (Toledo, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 5, 2024 at the age of 71. Booker touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker T. Woodard Sr. and Vivian E. Woodard; his sisters, Etta Ruth Woodard and Minister Ceylia Ann Woodard; his niece Kathy Lynn Woodard; and his great-niece Tylee Brank.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Woodard; his children, Alexander Hill (Kim), Darian Woodard and Jason Woodard; his grandchildren, Martice Hill, Jordan Strong Hill Sr., Kayla Hill and Dominique Smith; his siblings, Elder Denise Woodard, Cheryl Woodard, Ernest Woodard (Pam) and Ricky Woodard (Kim); and his close friends, Elder Raymond Mays, Donald Brown and Charles Coogler. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church (5301 Nebraska Ave, Toledo, OH 43615). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
