She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Nowaczyk; and her parents, John Blochowski and Irene Blochowski. She is survived by: her brother John Blochowski (Jackie); her daughters, Diane Korscog (David) and Susan Ostrosky; her stepson Tom Nowaczyk (Tracy); and her grandsons, Andy Ostrosky (Katie) and Matt Ostrosky.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Thomas I. Wisniewski Funeral Home (2426 N Reynolds Rd, Toledo, OH 43615). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
