He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Ben; his siblings, Lorenzo, Chris, Jimmy, Cindy, Diane, Tonya, Roggie, Gina and Josie; his grandson Logan; and also, Nothing, Papa, Buddy Boy, Godzilla, Battleship, Dave, John, Alison, Maria, Elizabeth Carr and Kitty Sue.

Memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
