She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Yohey and Lillian Yohey; her spouse Glen Harter; and her son Bill. She is survived by: her children, Glen Jr., Richard (Roxsann), Kim (Lisa), Ruth Harter, Nicole Harter (Tom McCleary) and Wendy Helfrich (Hugh). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
