He is survived by: his wife Charline Duncan; his children, Arthur James, Jr. (Judith) and Jermain Dushawn; his grandchildren, Townes'en Jones, Jehremy Jones, Jer'miah Duncan, Jermaine Duncan, Jr. and Kennedy Duncan; and his siblings, Willie Duncan, George Duncan (Margaret), Donald Duncan (Mary), Kenneth Davis (Cynthia), Robert and Reilla Huntley (Leonard).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Mark's Baptist Church (2340 N Holland Sylvania Rd, Toledo, OH 43615). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Historic Woodlawn Cemetery (1502 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43606).
