He is survived by: his parents, Brigette Bartko-Martin (Garis) and Timothy Kulczak Sr.; and his brothers, Nicolas Kulczak (Missy), Joshua Rowe (Donna) and Timothy Kulczak Jr. (Diane). He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
