He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Palacios (Gomez); his brother Raul Palacios; and his brother-in-law Raymond Gonzalez. He is survived by: his father Miguel Palacios (Gloria Castillo) of Port Clinton, OH; his sons, Joshua Palacios (Renee) of Blissfield, MI and Jason Palacios of Edmond, OK; his siblings, Sandra Gonzalez of Pharr, TX, Belia De Leon (Eddie) of Port Clinton, OH and Mike Palacios Jr. of Port Clinton, OH; and his grandsons, Austin and Devin. He is also survived by Nieces and nephew, great niece, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Autism Society of Northwest Ohio.
