It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin J. Hatkowski (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sons, Jim Hatkowski and Tom Hatkowski (Lori); his stepchildren, Kim Haley (Rob) and Kurt Mallory; his grandchildren, Alice, James, Benjamin, Amanda and Kate; and his nephew Rick Hatkowski (Pam).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
