Stephen H. Kagy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2024, at the age of 97, Stephen H. Kagy of Tiro, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kagy and Clady Kagy (Weaver); his daughter Karen Kagy; his siblings, Berlin, Kenneth, Gilbert, Forest, Donald, Joseph, Carlton, Joyce Brandenburg, Mildred Ellis and Lois Reichert; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Rossman and Corine Ransom Harrer.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Kagy (Sue) of Lexington, OH, David Kagy, D. S. of Bloomville, Pat Storms (Randy) of Shelby and Jill Weigel (Leland) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandsons, Brendan Hufford (Elizabeth), Stephen Weigel (Amy) and Michael Weigel; his great grandchildren, Evan, Finnley, Rohan and Miles; his siblings, Merle Kagy (Rosanna) of Tiffin, Eunice Nagel (George) of Willard and Marlene Gurney of Findlay; and his sister-in-law Shirley Gernert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be in the form of contributions to the American Diabetes Association and Arbor Day Association.
