He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Frank and Phoebe Frank (Morton); his son Frederick Frank; his siblings, Lloyd Frank (Garnet), Ethel Caine (John), Donald Frank (Verna), Clifford Frank (Jan), Gertrude Page (Bud) and Gene; his son-in-law John Bodkin; and his brother-in-law Wendall Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Frank (Walther); his daughters, Theresa Trase (Larry) of Litchfield, OH, Denise Scheiner (Christian) of Robbinsville, NJ and Shelley Duffy of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Katie Trase (Eric Kronberg), Kristina Trase, Nick Bodkin, Adam Bodkin, Andrew Johns, Matthew Johns, Angela Johns and Megan Johns; his stepgranddaughters, Karina Scheiner and Stefanie Brechlin (Jan); and his siblings, Lelia Poffenbaugh (Sam) and Karyl Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
