She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Amstutz and Margret Amstutz (Swartz); and her siblings, Connie Dickey, Sharon Amstutz, Bev Zeiters, Jean Lohr, Lester Amstutz, Jr., Darwin Amstutz, Roger Amstutz, Don Amstutz and David Amstutz.

She is survived by : her husband Thomas Edward Wilcox; her children, Troy Wilcox (Christina) of Tiro and Denise Cole (Jack) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Nicole Bortel (Geoff), Patrick Wilcox, Haylee McCloud, Brian Cole, Ryan McCloud, Ashley McCloud, Allie Zickefoose and Teresa Smith; her great grandchildren, Henry Bortel, Benjamin Bortel, Brandon Amstutz and Emily Amstutz; her siblings, Wendell Amstutz (Naomi) of Shelby, Paul Amstutz (Adella) of Georgia and Shirley Stine (Jim) of Shelby; and her nephew Bryan Amstutz (Angie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
