He was predeceased by: his father Jason Conley; his brother Kenneth Conley; his stepfather John Dudley; and his father-in-law Kenneth McDougal. He is survived by: his wife Marsha (McDougal); his daughters, Dana Foos (Ron) of Attica and Donna Conley of Crestline; his grandchildren, Chase Foos, Mason Foos, Blake Foos, Karli Foos, Landon Kurtzman and Finn Winbigler; his brother Donnie Conley (Linda) of Tiro; his sister-in-law Ruth Conley of Tiro; and his mother-in-law Dorothy McDougal of Galion. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
