He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Miller and Alma Ruth Miller Sr. (Martin); and his brothers, William and Gerald Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Miller (Davidson); his children, Teresa Weerts (Stan) of Middletown, Ruth Buffi (Don) of Santa Rosa, Charles Miller III (Amy) of Goose Creek, Robert Heyl (Teri) of Cascade and Nadine Heyl of Santa Rosa, California; and his grandchildren, Charles L. Miller IV, Nicole N. Arnold, Gary Miller, Robbie Heyl, Jolene Heyl, Sean Novak, Stanley Weerts III, Jeffrey Miller, Geno Buffi, Jacob Buffi and Melissa Morales. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
