He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fauber and Emma Anna Koski Fauber; his wife Hilda Dorothy Hall Fauber; his daughter Treasea R. Fauber; and his siblings, Yovonne Fay Fox, Mildred Kuhel and Stanley Fauber.
He is survived by: his children, Vernon R. Fauber, Jr., Owen K. Fauber and Michelle D. McCarthy (William McCarthy); his granddaughters, Uvernona R. McCarthy (John Walton IV) and Yvonna F. Thompson (Jesse Thompson); and his brother Floyd Fauber.
