He was predeceased by: his parents, Dane Walter and Alice Rose Phillips (VanCamp); his son Jeffrey Louis Phillips; and his sister JoAnn Milarcik. He is survived by: his wife Dawna M. Phillips (Andreatta); and his brother L. Delmar Phillips. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
