He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Thomas and Anna Novak (Dale); and his sister Bev Cottis. He is survived by: his children, Terri Novak, Stephanie Renicker and Stanley Novak (Tonya); and his grandchildren, Nate Novak, Braylen Novak, Hayden Renicker and Elise Renicker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. S.W., New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
