He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stevens and Julia Stevens (Miller); his siblings, Roger Espenschied, Pamela Perdue and Rhonda; his brother-in-law John Stevens; and his brother Roy Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Stevens (McDade); his children, Jennifer Woods (Delbert) of Tuscarawas, Bethany Sheets (Michael) of New Philadelphia and Jason Stevens (Beth) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Gage, Lucas, Kryscena Woods, Kiana, Allegra Stevens and Renly Sheets; and his siblings, Pam Chaney and Joe Stevens (Marla).
