It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Alfred Herkner of Tippecanoe, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Albert Herkner and Louise Marie Doepel Herkner; his wife Rose; and his siblings, Mike, Jerry and Carrie.

He is survived by: his child Tracy; and his nieces and nephews, Mike and Boe.
