He was predeceased by: his father Dwight D. Crabtree; and his aunts and uncles, Elden "Tex" Doane, Glenn Edwards, Alice Doane, Marla Mahaffey, Bill Walton, Jack Willison and Dwain Crabtree.
He is survived by: his mother Doris J. Crabtree (Doane) of Tippecanoe; his significant other Sheila Pruneski of Tippecanoe; his children, Keirsten and Paige Pruneski; his sister Donna Carpenter (Dustin) of Tippecanoe; his aunts and uncles, Kenneth Doane, Ginger Doane, Dean Doane (Sharon), Ruth Edwards, Ronnie Mahaffey, Karen Walton, Stella Gibson (Dan) and Phyllis Willison; his niece Emma Carpenter; and his nephew Ethan Carpenter. He is also survived by numerous cousins and his dog.
