With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delpha E. Phelps of Tippecanoe, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Prentice and Dorothy Beebe (Cooney). She is survived by: her husband Robert Jack Phelps; her children, Danielle Studnik (Eric), Paul Hilton (Kristi) and Samantha Hilton; her grandchildren, Ariell Elliott, Cianna Elliott, Kristopher Kay, Brooke Studnik, Taylor Studnik, Morgan Studnik, Zack Hilton, Cory Hilton, Haylea Hilton, Wyatt Hilton and Travis Herman; and her brothers, Scott Beebe (Sandy), Ron Beebe (Margie) and Paul Schultz. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brownsville Christian Church.
