He is survived by: his children, Michael Smith, William Smith Jr. (Sheri Forsyth), Adam Smith and Amy Watson (Harry); his grandchildren, Garrett Watson, Brooke Watson and Dustin Ofzky; his great grandchildren, Lily Ofzky and Ivy Ofzky; and his siblings, Don Smith, Beulah Tucker, Emma Newsome and Betty Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
