We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2023, at the age of 84, Virginia A. Frank of Tipp City, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Stoltz and Mabel Stoltz; her husband Frederick "Fred" Frank; her children, Patricia Purdy (Glenn) of Kingsland, Georgia, Jennifer Kingrey (Keith) of Tipp City and Michael Frank (Kim) of London; her sister Ruth Stoltz of Dania, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Megan Kingrey, Erin Purdy, Johnathon Purdy, Jacob Kingrey, Christian Purdy, Kylie Smith and Ian Tavenner.
