She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Shadoan (Dustin) of Tipp City, OH; her siblings, Richard Quinn (Buelah) of Troy, OH, Mark Cost of Piqua, OH, Vicki Scarborough (John) of Troy, OH, Gerry Lewis of Troy, OH, Tammy Evans (David) of Hamilton, OH and Heather Quinn of Troy, OH; and her grandchildren, Cayleen Shadoan and Corbin Shadoan.
